- Nursing Superintendent: Must have possess certificate as Registered Nurse and Midwife having GNM or B.Sc Nursing
- Health & Malaria Inspector: B.Sc (Chemistry) Plus one year Diploma of Health / Sanitary Inspector
- Pharmacist: 10+2 in Science or its equivalent with 2 years Diplima in Pharmacy
- Radiographer: 10+2 or equivalent examination passed with Science subject and Radiographer / X-Ray Technologist
- Haemodialysis Technician: B.Sc + Diploma in Haemodialysis
- Optometrist: Degree Course in Optometry
Age Limit
- Nursing Superintendent: 21 to 35 years
- Health & Malaria Inspector: 21 to 35 years
- Pharmacist: 20 to 35 years
- Radiographer: 19 to 35 years
- Haemodialysis Technician: 21 to 35 years
- Optometrist: 21 to 35 years
